Delete or rename the following keys:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\AcroCEF.exe

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\RdrCEF.exe
